These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services made with Skylova Travel. By booking any service with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Booking & Availability
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Quotes and prices are not guaranteed until full payment is successfully processed and the ticket or service is issued.
2. Accuracy of Information
- All personal details (name, date of birth, passport number, etc.) must be submitted exactly as they appear on travel documents.
- Skylova Travel is not liable for mistakes made by the client during form submission.
- Name changes are strictly not allowed. If a correction is permitted by an airline or supplier, fees will apply per their policy.
3. Passports & Travel Documents
- Travelers must hold a valid passport, typically valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel date.
- Clients are responsible for all required visas, permits, or travel documents.
Skylova Travel provides assistance for:
- Tourist visas
- Transit visas
- Other visa types depending on destination policies
Important: Visa issuance is not guaranteed. Approval depends solely on government or embassy authorities. Skylova Travel is not responsible for visa denials, delays, or issues with immigration or customs.
4. Payments
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing before payment.
- Payment does not guarantee a ticket or booking until the service is confirmed and documents are issued.
- Transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways; Skylova Travel does not store card details.
- Installment or deposit options may be available for eligible bookings.
5. Travel Protection
- Skylova Travel does not provide health insurance by default.
- Travel protection is available for optional purchase and is recommended for:
- Trip cancellations
- Date changes
- Exchange fee waivers
- Travel protection covers ticket value only, not medical emergencies.
Clients remain responsible for:
- Airline-imposed penalties
- Fare differences
- Applicable change fees
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
Flights
- Tickets may be refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-reroutable, except where allowed by the airline.
- Some fares are strictly non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable, depending on airline rules.
- Refunds, if allowed, follow airline policies and may take 6-12 weeks.
Hotels & Accommodations
- Hotel bookings follow the individual property's cancellation policy.
- Some rates are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Refundable or flexible rates must be selected and paid in advance.
Car Rentals
- Governed by the rental agency's terms and policies.
- Changes or cancellations follow the provider's rules.
Cruises, Tours, & Packages
- Each supplier sets its own refund or cancellation policies.
- Skylova Travel cannot override or guarantee refunds not supported by the supplier.
7. Services Provided
Skylova Travel arranges the following services:
- Flights (domestic & international)
- Hotels & Accommodations
- Vacation Packages & Tours
- Cruises
- Car Rentals
- Tourist & Transit Visa Assistance (fees apply; issuance not guaranteed)
- Airport Transfers
- Travel Protection (optional)
- Corporate & Group Travel
Each service is subject to the provider's own policies in addition to these terms.
8. Health, COVID-19 & Entry Requirements
- Clients must comply with all airline, country, and health authority rules, including vaccination, testing, or health screening.
- Some countries require specific health documentation before processing visas or boarding flights.
- Skylova Travel is not liable for denial of boarding, entry bans, or penalties due to non-compliance.
9. Ticket & Itinerary Issuance
- No booking is confirmed until full payment is received and tickets or confirmations are issued.
- Changes, cancellations, or corrections after issuance are subject to airline or supplier policies and may incur fees.
10. Limitation of Liability
Skylova Travel acts as a booking agent only and is not liable for:
- Errors or omissions by airlines, hotels, or suppliers
- Cancellations, delays, or force majeure events (weather, strikes, political events)
- Client negligence, including incorrect or incomplete information
- Loss, damage, illness, injury, or additional costs during travel
11. Reviews & Feedback
- Feedback is appreciated to help improve services.
- Clients may be invited to leave reviews after their booking.
12. Agreement to Terms
By booking with Skylova Travel and submitting payment:
- You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- You understand that Skylova Travel acts as an intermediary and cannot control third-party decisions.
- You accept that additional documentation or communication may be required to complete your booking.
